Carton erecting machine (also called hamburger clamshell box machine, tray machine, carton erector) is the specific machine to produce hamburger clamshell box, food take away box, pizza box, french fry box and trays made by paper and corrugated paper (thickness 1.5mm maximum). Our L800 one lane machine production speed reaches 180 trays per minute (4 corners trays without lid) and 120 clamshells (8 pasting) per minute. Now 2 lanes machine L1000 is also availalbe with a double production and more competitive price. Imported electric equipments and parts ensure the excellent performance and durability, servo motor brings more smooth and acurate control and moving. Standard model machine is with water based glue station, special model machine with hot melt glueing unit is also available for producing special material boxes such as 2 side PE coated paper and aluminium foiled paper. Machine is CE approved and have been exported worldwide since 2003.
